Cancellations and Returns

In case of cancellation not due to a defect

or unsuitability you are entitled to return

the product/s purchased online within 14

days of receiving the item/s or receiving a

shipping document or invoice. The 14 days

are counted from the latest date of the

documentation received. The item must be

returned in the original undamaged

shipping container.

In order to return the said items you should

be in contact with the supplier ;

You must return the said items to Tefillin

Beit El at your cost. Upon receiving said

items your payment will be returned less a

5% fee or a maximum charge of 100 ILS the

lesser of the two.

In a case where the item received was

damaged upon receipt of such items then

the return shipping will be carried by

Tefillin Beit El. Tefillin Beit El will do its'

utmost to punctually replace your

purchased product. If you decide that you

do not wish to receive said products you

can choose to receive a full refund.

Please include the invoice that you received

when posting the product.

We reserve the right to cancel an order or

sale in the following instances:

If there was an anomaly in describing the

product, or its price, terms of payment, etc.

If the purchaser might trade in the items

purchased.

In such cases a notice will be sent to the

email address supplied when placing the

order. Tefillin Beit El will not be responsible

for any other notification.
